Weekend Event Form - Extended

The Weekend Crop event is located at the Crowne Plaza in Reading, PA. The crop room is very large and well-lit. Each scrapbooker gets a 6 foot crop spot!

The price includes:

Hotel room for two nights with 2 double beds (except for those who select No Hotel)
Your 6 foot crop spot
Four meals
A goodie bag

Weekend Events Cancellation Policy:

Number of days prior to event:	Refund policy:
31 or more days	1. Find a replacement to go in your place (must stay in your same room and table with the same roommate). You will be refunded the event fee minus $10.00 cancellation fee. 2. If unable to find a replacement, receive all your money back minus $20 cancellation fee.
30-8 days	You may: 1. Find a replacement to go in your place (must stay in your same room and table with the same roommate). You may be refunded the event fee minus $10.00 cancellation fee. 2. If unable to find a replacement, a refund OR a credit of $130 may be issued. Unfortunately, by 30 days prior to the event many unrefundable fees have been paid out already.
7 days – 2 days	Refund depends on fees paid out to vendors, hotel, suppliers, etc. In some cases, no refund will be awarded.
No shows or less than 24 hours’ notice	No REFUND. No CREDIT.
